We have just purchased a property through Goadsby. They were very professional, communication was good throughout and extremely responsive. Rebecca was the negotiator and she was helpful with any queries always getting back to us in a timely manner. The solicitors on both sides were especially challenging so it made a huge difference having someone who was able to liaise between us the buyers and the vendors otherwise the whole process would have ground to a halt. From a buyers perspective they are excellent which is an important part of a successful sale. Thanks Rebecca

We purchased a property via Goadsby and despite the pandemic, they were always prompt and efficient. Emails were responded to in a timely and professional manner and we were given frequent updates regarding the progress of the purchase. Simon in particular was very helpful in keeping things moving swiftly. Unlike certain other estate agent companies in the Blandford area, Goadsby employees always spelled my name correctly and addressed me in a professional and appropriate manner. When/if we do come to sell in future, we'll look at Goadsby first.
