We were amazed at the service we received from goadsby , especially Becca ! She made the whole process stress free and very exciting for us considering it was our first home and we had no idea ! She made everything easy to understand and nothing was too much ! We can't thank you enough , we are now in our dream home !!!!

We have been dealing with Hayley in Goadsby at Blandford. she is very professional /helpful and pleasant to speak to , always polite and helpful ,doesn't make promises she cant keep and is always informative about the sale/purchase involved. Very tactful and pro active ,kept us informed throughout. Telephone always answered promptly and messages always passed on by others , I would not hesitate to use Goadsby to sell a property they have excellent customer relations. I would like to add another review having now moved into our new property on Jan 14th 2019. We travelled from our old house Southampton to Blandford to pick up the keys but on arriving completion hadn't yet gone through. On contacting Hayley and colleagues who were extremely helpful and in total contrast to the agent we sold through in Southampton whom on contacting to see if they had heard basically said it wasn't their problem anymore despite us reluctantly paying them their full fees early. We waited a couple of hours in our car and in the meantime I went into Goasdby branch to take in cakes for the team to say thanks and Hayley and her colleague were extremely helpful & friendly , as time went on Hayley took control and made a call ,it was successful and we received our keys. Even after moving in we had a query ref meter readings and the staff member I spoke to happily contacted the previous owner ,we received an email next day answering our query. They did not have to do this ,it was over and above the normal service. If we ever move again we would not hesitate to sell via Goadsby , they are so professional.

We've recently sold our house through Goadsby in blandford. From the very start when Hayley came round to look at our house and give us the valutation, we found her to be very polite and professional but not in anyway pushy. We then dealt mainly with Rebecca, although if she wasn't available Fiona or Hayley were always very helpful. But I have to say, Rebecca has been fantastic, from the beginning we've found her incredibly helpful, always there for any questions we had, and always a quick response. Any chasing up that needed doing, she was right on it and we always felt like we were a priority. I really can't praise Rebecca and the Goadsby team enough.

i am so glad that I selected Goadsby in Blandford as the estate agent to sell my property. They have been amazing. Despite only a short chain being involved, the legal side was not straightforward. Hayley was amazing and provided a vital link between all the litigators. Towards the end of the sale one of the team fed back to me on a daily basis. I was then able to feed this information to my solicitor as she was not getting regular feedback from the other litigators in the chain. All in all an awesome team and worth every penny of the fees as they worked incredibly hard on my behalf.

The level of service was second to none. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way during the sale of the property. If I had any queries or questions they were looked into quickly and answered promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even down to finding a new home for the chickens! I would highly recommend using Goadsby Estate Agents, they are a very friendly and professional company.
