They all seemed to be well informed about the details of our sale. We thought the brochure text and photographs were excellent and presented the property really well. We felt your staff were energetic and efficient in arranging viewings and securing a good offer quickly near to the asking price. They also monitored the progress of the sale regularly, including other parties in the chain, and kept us informed. They handled the extra complication of the power of attorney very efficiently. We were reassured that the sale was in good hands especially as we are living a long way from the property.
