Having bought a property sold by Goadsby in 2016, it was only logical to have them handle the sale of the property in 2024. A superbly knowledgeable and dedicated team, stand out mentions for Hayley, Lucy and Fiona. I would not hesitate to use Goadsby Blandford again, or recommend them to others. If you're selling - be assured you'll be offered a fair assessment of the property, with realistic valuation. An offer on the house was secured within 6 weeks of listing (in summer 2024) and within 1% of the asking/guide price!
