I found the property management team generally helpful but unfortunately, after vacating the property, the communication was incredibly poor and the service was ineffective. Despite no claims being made on behalf of the landlord, I had to resort to raising a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. More than 2 months after vacating the property, and with a further period of no response, our deposit was awarded in full. They were entirely incompetent and created a needless headache which left what was otherwise a generally positive tenancy with a nasty taste. I wouldn't recommend.

awful service, staff have no idea what they are doing, have no intention of asset management. service delivery and communication is UNACCEPTABLE.
