I recently rented a flat through Goadsby. I mostly dealt with Alex who was professional at all times and responded promptly to messages and e mails. This in comparison to other agencies who e.g. wanted me to sign tenancies before confirming repairs and didn't seem serious about showing me appropriate properties. As a landlord myself I know this is not how it works! I would recommend this agency to anyone searching for rental property who desires a professional and committed approach.

I've used Goadsby a few times now to let my property and have found them very professional all the way through the process. Adam who heads up the letting dept. has always given me a first class service! and kept me up to date with proceedings. A1*****

Patience and care were shown by the staff of goadsby during the process of renting our flat. It was a pleasure to have Miss Klein dealing with the move and her polite and informative manor made us feel like we could ask all our necessary questions which there were a lot of. I would highly recommend Miss Klein and she is a credit to the company.

Isabelle was very quick at replying to my emails regarding a flat we were interested in. She was on the ball and got everything done for us as quickly as she could. Would recommend Isabelle as an estate agent to anyone who is looking to rent.

From start to finish Alex at Goadsby has been brilliant with us. Always very responsive via email and never hesitant to respond to any queries. Would fully recommend their services to anybody to looking to rent.

Not great service. Initial offers were not passed on to vendors, which I now know should have been. Goadsby Not prepared to disclose details of chain, when I asked at viewing, the only estate agency I met to take this stance during viewings. Trying to say I had agreed to completion dates when I had not. Not told there is a halfway house next door, which should have been disclosed. I received vendors email address in an email chain which is against GDPR. Very cold reception when I picked up keys. Just unprofessional, unfriendly, and now considering a formal complaint.

We initially enquired about a property up for rent and they said they would get back to us. They never did and then they told us after having to call them back the property was already taken, despite us knowing full well they booked viewings for said property the next week as we knew the current tenants. We called again and got a different advisor and they were very kind and helped us submit the required documents and legal information. However we waited a week and didn't hear anything back again, called in ourselves again and got told the property was taken. The lack of transparency, communication and honesty left a bad impression on us.
