Had a great experience using Goadsby Bournemouth to rent our flat. After a pretty bad experience previously with another agency, Goadsby was a breath of fresh air. Alex Henley couldn't have been more helpful or flexible. He fitted in, often at last minute, with our needs and schedule, kept us well informed the whole way along, took great photos, and got viewings almost immediately. The whole thing was painless, thanks to him. Goadsby offer the usual options for landlords, including fully managed and Tenant Find only, but unlike some other agents, offer the option of Introduction Only, where they still do all the advertising, referencing checks and Right to Rent checks, but you handle your own Tenancy Agreement, deposit registering, inventory and check in. This was perfect for us, and kept our costs down. Thank you Alex and Goadsby!

Goadsby Bournemouth have managed my rental property for the last 5 years. They have been very professional and are very quick to sort out any issue, and always keep you updated. Impossible to single anyone out as all of the staff are doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Goadsby. I recently met a couple who have 12 properties managed by Goadsby and they are very happy with the service they get on their rentals.

Would highly recommend using Goadsby to find a place to rent. Tom in the lettings team was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was always friendly at viewings and made the whole process run smoothly. All the staff were very helpful every time I called the office, will definitely be using their services again!
