I'm pretty wary when it comes to estate agents and letting agents. My experience with Goadsby is as a seller - I sold my property with this office and was involved in the sale of a house with their Swanage office. On both occasions they gave honest, realistic valuations that turned out to be closer to the eventual price of sale than other agents. They were great at keeping me informed of progress and their market knowledge was exceptional. They also helped tremendously as the sale went through. Are they the cheapest? No. However, they definitely put in the work and I felt they were on my side throughout the whole process. For me, that was well worth it.

I compared several estate/letting agents near Horseshoe Common on Old Christchurch Road and chose Goadsby. They gave impartial advice and found me suitable tenants quickly and answered any queries without delay. The staff are friendly,knowledgeable and experienced. You shouldn't have any problems at this branch.

This agency is an absolute nightmare! They try to cheat you and take money from you whenever they can! They change terms of your rental agreements without notifying you, then they inform you that you owe them money! 46 negative reviews on another website alone - I wish I had seen that before I associated myself as a tenant with those thieves! Do yourself a favour and stay away from them as far as you can!!
