of the multiple companies original consultation Goadsby's gave me the most confidence that they could progress the sale in the easiest manner for us to settle our late mothers estate. Polite and considerate for the circumstances. Despite initial lack of interest they kept pushing to succeed. When we had to drop the price to reinvigorated byer interest the reasons were well presented. The final sale price was lower than originally estimated but realistic for the property and its condition. Overall very satisfied with Goadsby's professionalism and persistence in enabling the property to be sold. Thank you to all the team.
