Excellent service I would recommend HOWEVER the ''progressive sales '' pitch totally spoilt the move. Every week, sometimes twice a week, someone from Goadsby, someone from my solicitor and someone from Miles & Barr would telephone to ''move'' things along. Especially with my Magna hiatus the pressure was unpleasant and ongoing. Always courteous but relentless ........not nice.

We do appreciate and acknowledge your comments regarding the progression of your sale and whilst we pride ourselves on our proactive approach, our industry as a whole does fall short far too many times on the lack of 'communication' front. We make no apologies for contacting our clients on a weekly basis to keep them informed of progress whether they are buying or selling. In this instance it would appear that you were also updated regularly by your solicitor and the agent you were purchasing from and we can appreciate that this may have become overwhelming for you. If you had let us know this at the time we would have aligned our updates in a more acceptable timeframe for you. Nevertheless we are pleased we were able to assist you with your sale and wish you well in your new home. Kind regards.

I purchased my house through Goadsby. Even though they were acting for the vendors and not myself, I was very impressed with their fair-minded and pragmatic approach to what turned to be a challenging purchase. Communication from them was very good and there was a real determination to get the deal over the line. Highly recommended.

Although didn’t end up buying through goadsby Bridport, we had a great experience with George, Callum and Mark. Callum’s knowledge of the houses we viewed with him was excellent, and much more than we got anywhere else, highly recommended and would happily sell with goadsby when we next decided to move.

We moved into the area from Yorkshire and viewed a lot of properties with different agents. Callum at Goadsby was by far the best, with very good knowledge of the houses he was showing and able to answer most of our questions during the appointment. Anything that needed to be followed up on was done so quickly and efficiently. Mark at Goadsby was great during the post-offer period and very proactive in checking and chasing progress of all parties. I would highly recommend Goadsby Bridport.

Excellent service. Professional. Listened carefully to my instructions and executed them perfectly. Persuasive but not pushy. Friendly team who go the extra mile. Great office location too in prominent position. Would highly recommend this estate agency to others. A genuine honest company which is increasingly difficult to find these days! I must also add a personal thank you to Mark Godfree, who particularly went beyond and above his duty, to make sure that every dot and tittle was crossed, to ensure that a smooth sell occurred, which helped tremendously.
