I chose to sell my house with Goadsby and can only say how impressed I have been with the local team, from the initial sale, through to the final exchange of contracts. Tommy and the team gave me some good advise about selling my property, put together a first rate marketing brochure and online listing. They then took care of viewings and once I had accepted an offer on my property they kept me informed of what was happening. Selling your house can be a challenging and stressful experience and the team were ready when needed to keep things moving and ensure the sale remained alive and positive throughout. Tommy was exceptional, keeping on top of what was happening in the chain and always updating me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who wishes to sell in the local area.
