Ben was fantastic and we hit a great relationship off straight away which meant a lot to me. I was doing the paperwork side on my own and felt a relationship with the agent was key as I would feel re-assured and I really did. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and he was very professional and calm throughout the whole process. I had quite a lot of issues with another estate agent as I did not want to sell through them and I am very glad I made the decision that I did.
