Big kudos to Charlie at Goadsby Eastleigh. She was quick to respond and helped me with the questions I had prior to moving in to my new place. Process was simple and quick and I knew I could give Goadsby a call if I had any questions. Great service.

A very good service provided by the Lettings Manager throughout the whole process of reletting the property. A very professional approach in dealing with people, good communication skills, responded to any queries and gave sound advice.

Charlie in the Eastleigh office was very helpful when remarketing our flat. We needed to carry out some refurbishment work between tenancies and Charlie suported us through marketing the property while the work was udertaken and secured new tenants before the work was completed. She communicated clearly, was very approachable and patient, and was always available for advice.
