A big thank you to Olivia from the Ferndown office. Olivia kept me in touch everyday with the update of the sale of my mothers property. I never had to chase her for any information and cannot speak highly enough of her regarding her professionalism throughout and how she helped me through some of the stressful points I encountered. I have rented a house through Goadsby for a few years and the team in Ferndown was very pleasant and professional, from the first contact and showing me the property to the end of my tenancy. My property was part of their fully managed offering and if I were a landlord, I'd certainly consider Goadsby as a manager. They performed quick but detailed checks every 6 months to ensure property is kept in good shape and that there are no issues which would lead to costly repairs down the road. I would highly recommend them.
