The service I received was excellent from the very first stages. I was executor for the sale of my mother's bungalow, and live 200 miles away. From the initial meeting I was very impressed by the professionalism shown by Olivia and Tim. Given I live so far away, and that my step-brother refused to communicate with me directly, there was plenty of scope for the sale to be very cumbersome and awkward. Olivia and Tim ensured that the process went vert smoothly, and handled all negotiations excellently I would recommend Goadsby without hesitation

We cant thank Goadsby Ferndown branch enough, from marketing to sales Tim, Olivia and the Team were exeptional in their communication and knowlage. They worked dilligently in the background to ensure the sale and purchase was a success, we will absolutely look to sell through them again in the future!

Goadsby have been absolutely brilliant and I would go as far as saying that without them, we would have lost the buyers on a couple of occasions. Always willing to chase each estate agents and solicitors alike, they have been the driving force behind the success and I would recommend to anyone
