We chose to sell our semi-detached house in Fordingbridge with Goadsby and we're so glad that we did. They were professional and efficient from the initial valuation all the way through to completion. We were particularly impressed with the fact that Matt sold our property within 24 hours (before it was even listed on Rightmove!) Their fee was cheaper than some of their competitors in the area, and yet the service they provided was excellent. We were always able to speak to them when we needed to, and they kept both us and our buyers informed. We were also grateful for the reassurance they offered to ours buyers when an issue at the land registry slightly delayed our forward purchase. We would definitely recommend them :)

I was very impressed with the way Malcolm in particular dealt with the sale. He was most helpful from start to finish & kept in touch with me the whole way through. When I needed advice, as the executor of my aunt�s will in selling her house, he was willing to help & advise without taking away my right to choose. All in all I cannot fault any of the staff who were involved in the sale of 4 Mill Court in Fordingbridge. Thank you.

Polite friendly and professional service as always

Much is said about Estate Agents but I always form my own view. Goadsby Estate Agents in Fordingbridge are truly outstanding. They provide a very professional service but in particular, they are straight down the line and they know their market inside out. The Manager, Malcolm Steeden and his team make you feel very comfortable throughout the process but it's their honesty and market knowledge that makes the experience stand out from others.

My wife Caroline and I have just sold our property using Goadsby of Fordingbridge. Both Matt and Malcolm were totally professional in every way. We had an acceptable offer in 4 days! In our opinion, Goadsby are the best Estate Agents to deal with in Fordingbridge.

My whole experience with goadsby was stressful from start to finish and we even had to move to another estate agents who also had the property on for sale as my experience was so stressful. Would not recommend
