We were very pleased with Goadsby based in Fordingbridge, especially Rhyce and Alice. The video Rhyce made of our property was so good, I nearly didn’t want to sell it! Also when the sale fell through, Rhyce had the house back on the market the same afternoon. They have looked after us during a very stormy ride through our purchase of the onward chain and been excellent communicators. I thoughly recommend Goadsbys

We recently bought through Goadsby, Fordingbridge. Excellent service from Rhyce and Alice - they arranged our viewings quickly and negotiated the sale quickly and professionally. Great communication with them throughout the process - we always knew what was happening and they were consistently professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend !

Alice was fantastic throughout the whole process, especially as a first time buyer. She helped guide me through the whole process, and was on top of all admin, super responsive and often pushing various solicitors to make sure that the sale went through as quickly as possible. Thanks Alice for making the house buying process so much easier!

Wow, we had such a great service from Goadsby (Fordingbridge) as buyers and would happily approach them if ever we needed to sell. From viewing to getting the keys took exactly three months (the house was chain-free but not entirely straightforward as it included a residents' association and sellers in a different time zone - three months was great!), and throughout the whole process Rhyce kept us updated, was moving things forward and was so helpful and proactive. Even afterwards they were happy to help organise looking after our keys when we returned them for a week before moving our things down. 5* service from an amazing team (Rhyce and Alice, thank you for helping with all our questions!), who made a stressful process that bit quicker and easier!
