Nicole was friendly and professional on our initial meeting and I instantly decided to place the property with her at Goadsbys in Poole. Throughout the sale process she has been attentive, informative and accessible; calling me back when out of the office. An excellent senior negotiator who is personable and was respectful of our situation. I would thoroughly recommend her and should I have any further sales or purchases of property, I would go to her and Goadsbys first.

Tom was very well informed about the property, during the property viewing he was able to answer all our questions and throughout we were able to inspect the property without feeling pressured. He handled our offer and liaised with the seller promptly, with good ongoing communication and updates throughout the purchase.

We moved into our rented property nearly 2 weeks ago and for start to finish of the whole process Kelsey was amazing.
