I've just rented my flat out with Goadsby, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Huge thanks to all team members who helped along the way, especially Morgan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready. There was a lot to do and, having got a tenant quicker than anticipated, only a tiny window of time to do it - but with Morgan's great communication, speedy action, willingness and professionalism, we got there.

We asked to view a property and were given an amazing tour by Cathleen. She was very informative, kind, reassuring and professional. When asked questions that she didn't have answers for, she emailed us very promptly with the answers. Cathleen kept in constant contact to ensure the purchase was going well and did what she could to help things along. Couldn't recommend Goadsby more, we met and spoke with Dom as well when Cathleen was away and again very professional and friendly. Would definitely go back to them if we were to need them. Morgan Garner has been very approachable whilst fully professional . Morgans communication has been prompt and thorough, not only answering the many questions that have surfaced when negotiating the rental but also keeping me updated where we were with the process. Unfortunately (with no fault from Goadsby) almost at completion, the rental fell through.. But Morgan has continued to show genuine support and compassion for what has happened and still assisting to help me find my next home.
