I throughly recommend Goadsby, they were professional in the way they marketed the property and kept me informed on the progress. They advised me on the choice of buyer and the sale completed without any problems. Harry Melling oversaw the sale on my behalf going the extra mile as I do not live locally to Salisbury. Goadsby were consistently helpful, informative, friendly and efficient throughout the process of buying our house. As first-time buyers we appreciated this even more, and they guided us through the whole process and so we always new what the next step was. We are very pleased with our purchase and thank you to Goadsby for helping us through it, ensuring the process was as speedy and problem free as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Looked down upon and when doing the viewing on the house all they kept saying was how many applications they have had on the property definitely would not use them again.

Sophie was brilliant. Everything else pretty average to poor. Thanks for finding the buyer as that’s all you did : save the last few days when Sophie helped the process and she needs thanking. Gives her a bonus and on-one else on this deal anyway. PS we pointed out one unforgivable mistake: but not to worry as it all worked out. Good luck.
