Recommend using goadsby if you’re buying or selling in Salisbury Really happy with the service provided by Rob and Greg. We didn’t have a straight forward sale (does anyone) but the guys did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible.

During the process of enquiring about a new property I had the pleasure of liaising with Greg who provided a fantastic personalized level of service. He took the time to understand my needs and was highly professional during the entire process. While I took the decision of not continuing through the purchasing of a new property I will certainly consider Goadsby for any future property moves due to the service that I received and that Goadsby pride themselves on delivering.

Fantastic estate agents, especially Rob Ward. Ever since the appraisal, we felt confident that Rob and his team would help us sell our property and assured us that he would go above and beyond to complete the sale, and he sure did! Due to COVID, the market was uncertain but Rob managed to get a sale agreed. The buyer's solicitor proved to be extremely tricky with the purchase, continuously delaying the exchange. Rob went out of his way to push this through, contacting both solicitors directly, answering emails in the evenings and keeping both us and the buyer fully updated. Rob didn't have to do any of this but he showed commitment throughout the sale and created a fantastic relationship with us. I would certainly be using Goadsby again for future sales and will recommend friends and family to use them. 5 star service! Thank you Rob!!!

We had a very positive experience when we decided to purchase our new home through Goadsby. From the very beginning we were treated very well. Any queries were dealt with in good time. A special thank you to Scott Hutcheson, who first showed us around and was our point of contact during the purchase. He went above and beyond to get the sale through. his friendly manner and determination are commendable. despite being the buyers and not the sellers, we feel that Goadsby are an excellent company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goadsby to family and friends. We would not hesitate in choosing Goadsby if we needed to sell in the future.........but not just yet....
