Fantastic service! Highly recommend! We recent sold our property with Goadsby and from start to finish they were great. We were in a frustrating chain and regular updates from the other parties involved were not forthcoming but both Jordan and Rob were excellent in keeping us updated on where things were at all times. They continuously chased the other estate agents & solicitors involved for information and kept the pressure on, so we were able to complete the sale in time for Christmas and move into our new home. Massive thank you to Rob, Jordan and the rest of the team.

We purchased a house with Goadsby. From the start of our purchase the staff gave outstanding customers services. I would like to make a personal mention to Jordon and Rob from the Salisbury branch. Every week they made contact with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and help to push things along correctly. Unfortunately we didnt have an easy time of trying to sell our property which resulted in a delay for everyone in the chain. However, Jordon and Rob went above and beyond what i thought was expected. They didnt just support me with the purchase but also helped me with the problems i experienced with selling my current property through a different agent. I cant thank them enough for the help and support they gave to me. There knowledge, advise and care was outstanding. I would recommend anyone to either sell or purchase from Goadsby. When we were looking for an estate agent to sell our property we were impressed with Rob�s professionalism and the presentation of your services. Furthermore, Goadsby Salisbury had sold a neighbouring property for rather difficult neighbours. However, it should have been made clearer from the outset that:<br />1) Goadsby received commission from the solicitors they recommend<br />2) That VAT was NOT included in the quote for fees<br />These two factors left us with a �sour� taste after completion and may have altered the decisions we made in deciding to go with Goadsby.
