I'll be honest, in the many times I've moved in my 66 years, I have had little time for estate agents. I've found them to be, (once an offer was accepted), uninterested beyond the bare necessities of gaining their percentage. Then I underwent a horrendous sale, lasting five long drawn out months. Those months were painful and harmful to my sanity (thank you to my buyer for the extra pain). As I was ignored by solicitors beyond the minimum of formality, the one port of calm I found was Goadsbys in Yeovil. In particular 'Saint' Sophie. She was the sole person who actually battled on my behalf, who did all she could to keep me both sane and to achieve the holy grail of Exchange. She was 101% batting for my team and without her I'd have succumbed to the overwhelming stress. THANK YOU Sophie, you were a saver of sanity and truly professional, but with a capital P.

First class service all the way through our purchase of our property. Nothing too much trouble. If we had a query on the property we were buying they would find out all the relevant info and phone us back with the answers. Staff very knowledgable and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them if we ever need to and promote their services to friends and family. Excellent A++++
