I have been involved in 3 sales over the last few years, with various Southampton agents. Goadsby are far and away the best agent we have used. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

Our experience with Goadsby has been amazing!! Baxter was our estate agent- he was very helpful and had enough patience to last a life time! He helped us visit the property as many times as we needed. The whole process was smooth and simple- as first time buyers this was a worry for us. The communication from both Rob and Baxter really supported us through the whole process. Wishing them the best in their careers.

I would also like to recommend the Real estate services of Laura Digby. Laura has handled a rental property, in Bassett Southampton, for us for many years. Her professionalism is outstanding. She is calm with clients and has extensive knowledge to reassure when necessary 😀A superstar.

Rob Ward is the most professional of Selling Agents. He was constantly watching and working to keep the team and the transaction going and never afraid to contact all parties to do this. He knows the market well and will do his utmost to ensure a smooth property sale for Buyers or Sellers.

Great support throughout the whole process from Baxter, Rob and the team. As with most sales there were delays, but the team were always there to chase and keep me updated of progress.
