Kept us well informed of progress, and regularly tried to push things along a bit quicker. Also helped us with enquiries we made of the previous owners.

James and the team did a great job in selling my house for me. They achieved a very good price, whilst keeping excellent communication and assisting with a couple of bumps along the way. Overall, I am very satisfied with Goadsby and would recommend.

As we have been doing viewings recently, we have never met such a friendly agent like Jake. We were a few minutes late for the appointment but he still made us feel welcomed and did not attempt to rush the process through. He tried his best to answer our enquiries about the property the best that he could. We were not satisfied with the first property and he offered us an opportunity to view another property nearby which was much appreciated. His honesty and transparency are what we valued the most during our viewings that day. Jake has demonstrated good attitude, and in fact better than many of the senior or experienced letting negotiator. I think his good work should be praised and valued by the company.

The service that Goadsby Southampton have provided to myself and my partner in the purchase of our property have been the best I have ever experienced. Their support between all parties involved in this purchase have been professional and helpful. They helped ensure that the completion was dealt with in a timely manner and took the majority of the stress away. I would 100% recommend.
