Pleasant, and quick to help

Very disappointed with staff in the Southampton branch was brilliant at first very helpful had no electricity and could not make an account so they tried calling company themselves but when we had problems with flat they showed their true colours me and my partner both have health conditions that could be affected by mould and flat was freezing cold during winter due to having 3 drafts one from front door and the other two in the bedroom and lounge and only having storage heaters this did not warm the flat up at all fredrick from Southampton branch came to the flat along with the landlord to view all problems and to make sure we was being treated fairly but when landlord ignored us about some problems and about the flat being freezing cold , mould in bedroom, and a £70 coat being covered in mould while being in bedroom and numerous items in a indoor shed being covered in mould he just stood saying nothing at all knowing there can be work done to remedy the problems and keep us warm but yet he decided to not upset the landlord just to help the company and that resulted in my heart condition that is not fully diagnosed slowly getting worse and my partners asthma affecting her more so we made the choice to move then more problems started as landlord made claim but at a unrealistic price and gave receipts for stupid amounts that would not of been charged but due to the receipts being from mainly the son goasby is deciding not to say anything about the clear fraudulent claims i then asked for a complaint to be launched in which they did this but did not ask what i would like included in this instead just went by a emails to and from the person that is to blind to notice funny goings-on with a claim i might as well put my 11 year old neice in there office on her own and let her run everything and she will still do a more professional job

Professional Estate Agents ,

Goadsby were the Estate Agents used by our vendor to sell his property and so were not directly employed by ourselves. However, from our first viewing of the listing through to Exchange of contracts they have been extremely professional, helpful, polite and determined to facilitate our purchase. They have been far more proactive than the Estate Agent we used to sell our property and out of all of the Agents involved in the chain, I can honestly say that it is Simon Tran & Mandy Ballard of Goadsby Southampton & Chandlers Ford (respectively) that have by far made the largest contribution to this being a successful transaction. I never leave online reviews, but their professionalism and the overall experience makes it hard not to share the recognition they deserve.

A big thank-you to the team at Goadsby, who were ever helpful, friendly and accommodating: all issues raised were dealt with speedily by mail and/or phone, which is a real plus as I live abroad. Ben, Simon and Mandy earned my full confidence by keeping me fully informed throughout the process, relaying buyer's queries and demands and making it possible for him to visit the flat each time he desired. I can recommend Goadsby to all and would be happy to use them again.
