My portfolio has been let and fully managed with Goadsby for several years. Laura and her team in Southampton do a fantastic job and always provide a personal and professional service.

Georgia met with me and set up the arrangement. She was efficient and easy to get on with. When there was a problem Georgia was straight onto it, trying to sort it and giving me support. Excellent.<br />Ben did the day to day and kept in touch and sorted any minor issues. Georgia and Ben worked as a team which was really helpful.<br />Mandy came in when there was a sale, she kept me up to date, tried to pre-empt issues and kept in touch with the buyer. she tried to clarify solicitors issues to enable the sale to move faster (a rather pinickety buyers solicitor).<br /><br />The sale was fairly slow and for some reason no one seems to be able to explain given the property and its location, it took a long time, and obviously the price had to be dropped on several occasions. The house/flat recession hadnt really taken hold then.<br /><br />I am pleased I chose Goadsbys because overall I thought the service was excellent and Georgia more than excellent.
