Faultless, professional service from first point of contact. Dealing with Greg was always a pleasure, if he said he’d get back to us with information he always did! Greg promptly returned calls too which is a refreshing change from what’s expected of lesser/most other agencies (certainly that we had experience of). When it comes time to sell I would only use Goadsby’s in Southbourne … as long as Greg’s there! We’re very happy buyers!

I had excellent service from the Southbourne office for an executor sale which sadly took a long time due to delays in the chain. The team dealt with me using sensitivity and understanding and always kept me updated on the ever-changing situation. My emails were answered promptly and if I needed to speak to someone I was always able to do so. Thanks very much for such a good service at a difficult time
