Neil and his team were extremely helpful in the purchase of my property in Bournemouth. I had numerous delays caused by my solicitor and Neil went above and beyond in his efforts to resolve matters. It was the most stressful experience in my life but Neil was always there for me with his cheery manor and prompt actions.

Like many I'm not a fan of estate agents BUT in this case Jake Timpson was excellent from the start to finish of our flat purchase. Jake kept us informed often chasing up the sellers and their solicitors . He was quick respond to our emails and calls, even after we had exchanged contracts and waiting to complete he was still on the case until we completed
