From my first viewing of my bungalow (arranged at very short notice and on a Saturday morning) to the fingernail biting on completion day, the service from the staff at Goadsby was excellent.

Would absolutely recommend Goadsby in Verwood. Ali and her team were very proactive and great and keeping us updated. Things with the chain became difficult around exchange and completion and Goadsby did everything in their power to help move things forward and keep lines of communication open.

We had a fantastic experience with Goadsby Verwood selling our home. The whole team were professional from start to finish and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother. Their communication was absolutely brilliant — we were always kept informed and updated, which gave us real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance. They also worked incredibly hard to push things forward so we could meet the date we needed, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like a team effort, and their coordination behind the scenes clearly made a difference. We recently used Goadsby to sell our house., All the team were amazing from start to finish and it was a long difficult journey. From Charlottes first visit, she was warm, professional and knowledgeable.. Harrison was warm, professional, always polite and always communicated with us in a timely manner. Sue was amazing and kept us up to date with emails and the process as it progressed. Alison is warm, professional and knowledgeable and runs an amazing team. Was amazing in a really tough situation.
