We were kept quickly and professionally informed of properties and developments by the team at Goadsbys. There were times when viewings were arranged at very short notice and enquiries promptly answereed.

The staff at the Verwood branch in Dorset are the most professional, helpful and hardworking people I have ever met. They should all be praised for their attitude and work ethic. From the first contact in the office they were welcoming, approachable and very knowledgable about the property market and realistic valuation of my property. Their service was excellent and all queries answered and emailed replied promply. The skills of all the staff were first class and all are a credit to the company. I would like to mention Alison , the branch manager, who was my first person I met when I went into the office, and she put me at ease, was very understanding. Alison is very knowledgable and excellent at her role. Charlotte, who I was in contact during the sale process was again, excellent at her role. approachable, caring and very professional at every aspect of the sale. Charlotte offered sound and sensible advice when I asked for any help, and guided me through the process, as I had never sold a property before. Sue, the lady who works her magic with all the administration in the branch, was also very friendly, helpful and very professional. I was selling my property due to my husband sadly passing away, and all the staff at the branch in Verwood have made the whole process a lot more easier and taken the pressure off me due to their compassion, empathy , understanding and total professional attitude and ethos.
