Regular phone calls to update us on both the sale and the purchase. <br />Very good knowledge of the local housing market and proven sales record in the specific geographical area where we were selling.<br />Felt like personal service - even though both Gavin and Ollie must be dealing with lots of different people they were both very aware of the reasons why we were buying and selling and remembered details.<br />Easy to contact and prompt to return telephone calls.
Fantastic service and staff. We moved back to the UK a year and half ago and rented a house through Goadsby, and although we had problems with the house, the Goadsby staff were great at dealing with everything quickly and efficiently, and maintaining communication throughout. We then bought a bungalow through Gavin and his team in the sales department, and again found the service second to none. They were great at arranging viewings, they were helpful at chasing everything which enable our purchase to go through extremely quickly, I really couldn’t recommend the team highly enough and I would definitely use them again.

We have just exchanged contracts on our sale .Needless to say there had been issues along the way which could have caused the chain to fail. But thanks to Gavin and his team at Goadsby Wareham he dealt with these matters in a very professional manner , always keeping us up to date with progress along the way. He looked after our interests from beginning to end....thank you.

Goadsby staff were pleasant to work with but did change a number of times during the sale process. Also, I had to chase regularly for updates or to push to resolve what issues appeared to be blocking the sale. When chased Goadsby staff responded and chased up the chain which definitely helped but would have been better service if progress was being chased by Goadsby and updates provided without prompting.
