I thought the sales team at Goadsby Weymouth were very helpful and kept us up to date at all times from first putting the house on the market to completion. They worked as a team, so whoever answered the phone, was aware of the situation. They offered sound advice, which we were very appreciative of. Thanks team Goadsby.

We came to Goadsby through recommendation and immediately found that Mark took care to clearly explain the market and the whole process of selling our house. The house was sold within a week and, although everything took longer than expected, Mark, Gareth, Ben and the team kept us fully informed and worked hard to keep the chain going to completion. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service and communication throughout the process of selling our home. We particularly liked the 3D tour tool that potential buyers could really get a feel of the property. Would have been 5 stars if we could have achieved the asking price, but that’s down to the current market conditions rather than the service from Gareth, Mark, Ben and the rest of the Goadsby team.
