Paul Butterworth kept us up to date with any minor updates continuously. <br /><br />He responded to any requests we made and offered recommendations.<br /><br />The feed back from Paul allowed us to target our solicitor with appropriate requests to arrive at a quick simultaneous exchange and completion.

I cannot thank Paul Butterworth enough. He was very professional but also very thoughtful. He spoke to me daily keeping me informed of every stage of the process. Anything I didn???t understand he was more than happy to explain. He also phoned when he said he would which was very important to me. Excellent.

Superb friendly service combined with excellent local knowledge. Freya was invaluable in our search for a new family home - would highly recommend using Goadsby for sale or purchase.

There a horrific company to go with, they'll happily take your deposit for simple things. Dust on a lamp shade cost nearly £20 out of deposit. They don't do a inventory properly moved in as a third person and when took the tenancy over they still used the inventory of the previous tenants. There lazy and don't care if there's a problem. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a house to rent or buy

They both dealt with my sale and purchase. They kept me informed through the whole process which was very quick. i would recommend them both to assist in sales and purchases. We have just viewed a house on sale with Goadsby with Laura. Laura handled the viewing perfectly. On arrival, Laura gave us the initial information while walking into the property and then did what I haven't come across on many occasions before: she let us soak in the house. She knew when to keep quiet and let us take in the features and views of the property. She was still available for questions, answered well and with honesty, while the lack of oversell was very much appreciated.
