Hello, I wanted to say how much me and my family enjoyed being shown homes by Dylan Russell. I have emailed Dylan to thank him in person. Dylan was very personable and helped answer all our questions, plus he introduced us to Melody at Saxondale where I have decided to purchase.

Absolutely first class from start to finish and I can't thank Adam and Freddy enough for their advice and knowledge in finding me a suitable couple. Despite the house being a new build and being unable to access and market straight away they still managed to come up trumps within days of marketing and tenants moved in within two weeks of acceptance. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with people that you can trust to get the job done !!

Rebecca was a great team leader and Dylans efficient sales management got us over the line driving the solicitors to an exchange which might have dragged on without his attention

After making a booking the agent arrived completely unaware of our appointment. Understand that this can happen. Agent seemed tepid when showing property. Had to ask for an application form, which was given with no instructions. Completed the form and spent a couple of hours getting to a bank for current statements. Took completed form in to be told by the same agent 'oh bank statements, we don't need those yet'. If a little explanation and care had been offered initially.... After 10 days still no update from the agency. I phoned in to be told someone was being considered. Thanks for letting us know. Emailed the lettings manager some feedback and not even a reply. No surprise when 2 weeks later the same flat was resisted. Unimpressed with Goadsby's service.

Having spoken to the manager of our Wimborne lettings team, I can confirm that we were aware of your booked appointment, we had several viewings booked in that day for the same property and our staff member was showing another person around when you arrived. I am sorry if the forms you were given were not explained properly to you and that you weren't informed promptly that our client had decided to go with another tenant. We have however, not received any feedback from you via email as you state, so if you could please send this to [email protected] we will reply in more detail with any questions/issues you have. We would like to say a very big thank you to the team at Wimborne Office. They worked very hard securing a sale on our property, and we were always kept well informed of the progress of the sale at all times. We also purchased a property through them and again received an excellent service from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Goadsby's to other people thinking of selling their properties.
