Application to Remove Planning Condition

Acting on behalf of DSG Car Sales Ltd, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the removal of a planning condition limiting the use of site for car sales to a one year period only. Situated at the Itchen Business Park, Southampton, the condition was originally imposed in order for the impact of the business on nearby residential areas to be assessed. If the application is successful, DSG will be able to continue trading from the site for the foreseeable future.

A decision is expected from Southampton City Council in June.
