Detailed Plans Approved for Former Cinema

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has obtained ‘reserved matter’ planning approval for the re-development of the site of the former Odeon Cinema at Westover Road, Bournemouth. Following on from the original outline consent, the detailed plans show the retention of the historic façade to Westover Road, with the balance of the site to be developed for commercial uses on the lower floors with 64 apartments above.

The scheme has been designed by ARC Architects.
