FORMER WHSMITH SOLD IN BOURNEMOUTH TOWN CENTRE

Following the closure of the WHSmith store in Bournemouth Town Centre this year, we are pleased to announce the sale of this historic building to an independent sports retailer, Sport It First who are opening their third store in the region.

Goadsby were initially instructed to market 9-13 Old Christchurch Road on a leasehold basis, with the interest eventually leading to a freehold sale. Sport It First are due to open the store in the coming weeks, becoming the first new occupiers of the building in over 100 years.
