Goadsby Complete A Trio Of Lettings At Herald Industrial Estate

Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, the Hampshire office of Goadsby commercial are delighted to have completed a letting on the last of three industrial units at Herald Industrial Estate in Hedge End, Southampton.

Unit 4a, has a gross internal area of 960 sq ft and has been let on a new sub lease to M&D builders Ltd. This follows successful lettings of Unit 2e (2,053 sq ft) to a private tenant and 2d (980 sq ft) to Wilkinson Precision Engineering Ltd.
