ChicKing has recently taken over a former restaurant premises in Bournemouth Town Centre, introducing the popular fast-food brand to a prime location in the heart of the town. They have reported a strong start since opening, further enhancing the mix of food and beverage operators in the surrounding area.

Goadsby were instructed by the landlord to market the premises and were able to negotiate lease terms with the new tenant, supporting a smooth transition and facilitating ChicKing’s arrival in the town centre.
