Goadsby Complete Letting To Personal Training Studio On Castle Lane West, Bournemouth

Acting on behalf of Private Clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 110 Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, Dorset to CF Bmouth Ltd.

The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 1,866 sq ft and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £18,000 per annum exclusive.
