Marcus Andrews FRICS, Director in charge of Survey & Valuation Services reports a new staff appointment.

""We are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Collinson MRICS as Landlord and Tenant Surveyor within our Valuation team based in Bournemouth.

Andrew comes with 36 years’ landlord and tenant and commercial property management experience, having worked most recently with another commercial property consultancy in Bournemouth.

Andrew’s primary role will be to handle Landlord and Tenant negotiations for commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals throughout Dorset and Hampshire. We have an extensive portfolio under Management, so we have a constant stream of instructions which require dedicated attention. Andrew will therefore be working closely with our Property Management team and will be backed up by evidence from our Agency teams in both Dorset and Hampshire"".
