Planning Application For New Flats

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has submitted an outline planning application for the demolition of a workshop building and construction of 10 new flats at Denmark Road, Poole. To be constructed in two separate blocks, the studio and one bedroomed flats will provide good quality accommodation at the low-cost end of the housing market.

A decision is expected from BCP Council in the next 8 weeks.
