Sealed Bids Friday 23rd March

The Bridport office are particularly delighted with the attendance of an open day held last Saturday. Number 10 Bedford Place is in need of full modernisation throughout and was therefore always likely to receive a high response of enquiries, from an array of different prospective buyers. After discussing options with the owner, it was agreed an open house would be the most stress free approach by taking viewings in one allocated time slot. There were 19 attendees in total with offers being submitted by sealed bid to be opened on Friday 23rd March at 10.00am. We are pleased to say we have already received a number of sealed bids and look forward to opening these on Friday.
