Acting on behalf of private investors, Goadsby Commercial have successfully negotiated the acquisition of 20 Branksome Business Centre, Cortry Close, Poole.

Branksome Business Centre is one of the most popular estates in Poole and there is always strong demand at the Park. The unit extends to approximately 3,300 sq ft and the quoting price was £330,000.
