Oliver Collier

Oliver joined the Land Department in 2025 having worked in our Commercial Property Management Department for nearly 3 years, following his graduation from the University of Surrey with BSc (Hons) in Business Management. Having historically worked on construction sites, the move to work in our residential development team was an exciting prospect for Oliver, who now enjoys working on the acquisition; disposal; and planning stage of the development process. He enjoys working with landowners and developers alike, dealing with sites with both conversion or new-build potential across our Eastern network, covering a patch spanning Hampshire, Wiltshire and East Dorset. Outside of work, Oliver is a keen rugby fan, playing for Bournemouth RFC, as well as having competed in clay pigeon shooting to a high standard.
