I am very grateful to Ellie Goddard for all her support and knowledge when securing tenants for 38 Edifred Road. As a new landlord, I was unfamiliar with many of the procedures, and she always answered all my numerous questions promptly and would always get back to me quickly if she needed to doublecheck the answer. She was professional and courteous, and thanks to Ellie, it was a seamless and efficient transition from owner to landlord. Ellie is both reliable and effective, and a great asset to Goadsby. I would wholeheartedly recommend Goldsby to potential landlords and especially Ellie Goddard.
