Acted and responded effectively for an initial rental query and booked a convenient time to view the property. There were some delays in communication between departments (Accounts) and this led to us almost missing the deadline to pay our deposit and initial rent. We were kept updated on progress, however, I feel we spent a lot of time chasing Goadsby’s for emails which they said they had sent , when in fact, they had not. They have been quick to respond to maintenance requests following moving in day , however, it seems there are quite a few issues that should have been picked up during inspection of the outgoing tenants. Goadsby’s did provide a good service when handing over our moving in pack and keys.

Young Oliver James was very conscientious in his dealing with me. He was proactive and honest. I would recommend him very highly if you serious and are looking for rental property he is your man.

Ellie Goddard is very professional and explained clearly about the property. She is always quick to respond to queries and made sure the entire process is easy and clear. Also the staff in Bournemouth office are very helpful and makes you feel comfortable.

Very helpful, very welcoming too! Ellie was very helpful with helping me and my partner find our first home!! i would recommend her to anyone who is looking!!

Professional and good costmer service

Goadsby marketed my flat for sale last year, with both Jake and Becky working tirelessly to arrange viewings, give me advice, updates, etc. They worked really hard, and are such nice people to deal with, both absolutely charming. Unfortunately the sale didn't proceed, as I missed the top of the market, and didn't want to reduce the price. That must be frustrating for Goadsby, so I wanted to post this review to emphasise how much I appreciated all their hard work & efforts. Hence I would highly recommend Goadsby to potential sellers, and will go back to them if my situation changes in future.
