We give Goadsby a 5Star rating without hesitation. Selling through Goadsby chandlers Ford has been truly a great experience! Staff were not only highly professional (in every aspect such as valuation, photography, correspondence and liaisons) but also very helpful and approachable at all times. They were also kind, caring and friendly throughout the whole process. Our satisfaction with Goadsby exceeded our expectations in every respect, Goadsby were extremely helpful not only with our sale through them but also with our onward purchase with another estate agency! Thank you all staff at Chandlers Ford - much appreciated.

Excellent overall service from start to end. Never had a problem with communication. Received good support and advice when needed. Very helpful with completion of purchase in a timely manner. Finally, very pleased with the proposed solicitor.

Update on previous review: the team were rather clueless when giving us the keys. They didn't know which ones were the correct set and almost gave us the wrong set, did not know what they keys did, nor knew which utilities needed to be followed up on...
