Goadsbys were brilliant from the outset - we swapped to them after 5 weeks from another well-known local agent who was appalling! The sale was a probate sale, and Olivia, Harriet & Tim kept us updated every step of the way, and responded quickly and efficiently to enquiries in order to get the property sale completed ASAP, even when there were some issues along the way. They went above and beyond what was required, e.g. ensuring meter readings were taken on the morning of completion because I was on holiday. I cannot rate them highly enough - well done all!!
